Being a professional rugby player in this day and age is about more than just conditioning and skill.
Diet has become a huge part of the game, with players having to adhere to strict regimes.
Toulon versatile back James O’Connor recently posted a look at his diet and it’s pretty damn impressive. Here’s a look at just two of the days.

THURSDAY
