Wasps team to play Newcastle Falcons at the Ricoh Arena

Wasps’ Director of Rugby Dai Young has named his side to take on Newcastle Falcons at the Ricoh Arena this Saturday, kick off 2pm.

There are only four changes to the match day 23 which won at Franklin's Gardens last Friday.
In the starting XV, Christian Wade makes a welcome return to Wasps’ back line after a three-month injury lay-off, while Thomas Young comes in at openside with George Smith available to provide reinforcement from the bench.
Wasps’ co-captain Matt Mullan is named among the replacements having returned from England camp and new signing Siale Piutau, elder brother of Charles, is in line to make his Wasps’ debut this weekend.
Wasps’ Director of Rugby Dai Young said: “Last week, the squad produced a great performance against Northampton Saints, but we know we need to back it up this weekend or that win won’t count for anything. We are working hard to produce consistency in our performances to build momentum.
“Newcastle are always tough opponents and will arrive at the Ricoh Arena full of confidence after their win against Harlequins last week so we will need to be on our game.”
Tickets are still available for Wasps v Newcastle Falcons at the Ricoh Arena this Saturday (2pm KO) and start from £15 for adults with under-10s going free in certain categories.

The quickest way to buy tickets is to log on to our ticketing page or to visit us at the Ricoh Arena Ticket Office.

Don't forget you can welcome the team bus to the Ricoh Arena at 12.40 (South Entrance) on Saturday. It gives the players such a lift, as Lawrence Dallaglio explains here:
